Trilogy Spa Holdings, a boutique spa management firm specializing in luxury hospitality markets, has acquired Trinity Spa Advisors, a boutique spa asset management firm founded by Cheryl Sott. Following the acquisition, Sott has joined Trilogy as the vice president of asset management, where she will lead the expansion of the company’s Asset Management Division.

In her new role, Sott will work closely with operating partners and onsite management teams to minimize risk and optimize growth for Trilogy’s spa portfolio. A key aspect of this expansion is the integration of Trinity’s proprietary Spa Audit Service, a patent-pending tool that played a significant role in Trilogy’s decision to acquire the firm. This unique tool provides a structured approach to evaluating spa performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Sott, who brings extensive experience from both the spa industry and Wall Street, describes the Spa Audit Service as a blend of her expertise in both fields. She and David Stoup, chairman of Trilogy Spa Holdings, emphasized that their focus is on enhancing spa operations, driving profitability, and leveraging innovative asset management strategies.

Through this acquisition, Trilogy aims to strengthen its position in the high-end spa management market by combining Sott’s financial acumen with its established expertise in luxury hospitality. By integrating Trinity’s asset management strategies and proprietary tools, Trilogy is poised to elevate spa performance and deliver greater value to its partners and clients.
